What You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the n99o website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and n99o. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These terms apply to all products and services offered by n99o, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot machines, VIP programmes and all promotional offers. Specific products may carry additional terms that supplement these general terms — where they apply, those additional terms will be clearly stated.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use n99o you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. n99o does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed n99o account. Only one account per person, per household and per payment method is permitted.
• You must be registering and using the account for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be accessing n99o in any jurisdiction where doing so would be prohibited under applicable law.

n99o reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — this includes at registration, before processing withdrawals or during any account review. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that fail to pass verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed.

3 Account Responsibility

Your n99o account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was carried out by you directly. Sharing your login credentials, allowing third parties to access your account or using another person's account are all prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. n99o will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n99o support immediately. The platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions with their credentials.

Account Balance

Your account balance is denominated in PKR. The balance displayed in your account reflects actual funds available for betting and withdrawal, plus any active bonus balance that is subject to separate wagering conditions. Real money and bonus balances are displayed separately in your account dashboard so there is no ambiguity about which funds are withdrawable.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. n99o reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. You will receive notification before any fee is applied. Reactivation is possible at any time by logging in and completing a deposit.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits at n99o are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards registered to the account holder. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary depending on the method used.

Deposits are credited to your n99o balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. n99o does not apply any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply charges of their own — this is outside n99o's control.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted for deposits.
• n99o does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other individuals.
• In cases where a payment is reversed, charged back or disputed by the payment provider, n99o reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from your account balance.
• Fraudulent deposit activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your n99o account are processed in PKR to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure funds return to their verified source.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours of submission. Processing times for VIP account holders are faster, as outlined in the VIP programme terms. Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification before release, which is standard practice for player protection.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active bonus balance must be either forfeited or fully wagered according to its terms before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals of deposits that have not been used for any betting activity may be subject to a review to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day — current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• n99o does not deduct any fee from the withdrawal amount. The PKR amount you request is the amount sent to your payment method.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

n99o offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload offers and VIP-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated with the individual offer at the time it is presented.

Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier is stated with every offer.

• Wagering requirements are tracked automatically in your account. Progress is visible in the bonus section of your account dashboard.
• Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all towards wagering requirements — this is stated in the bonus-specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to patterns of low-risk bet cycling designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements — may result in the bonus being voided.
• n99o reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on n99o covers Cricket, Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball and other sports listed in the sports section. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movement.

Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for Cricket this means the result declared by the match referee, for Football it is the full-time score including any added time but excluding penalty shootouts unless otherwise stated in the market description.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum playing time required for the market to stand, bets are generally voided and stakes returned. Markets where a result can be determined before abandonment may be settled based on that result. Specific rules for each sport and market type are shown in the sports section.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted on the understanding that odds update continuously based on match conditions. n99o may suspend in-play markets briefly around key moments in a match. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. Bets confirmed prior to a suspension stand at the confirmed odds.

8 Casino & Live Casino

Casino and live casino games on n99o are provided by third-party game developers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is provided by the developer and is applied over a statistically significant number of game rounds — it is not a guarantee of individual session performance.

Live casino games are hosted by independent studios and streamed in real time. Results are generated by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) or certified random number generators, not by n99o directly. Any technical disconnection during a live casino session will be resolved according to the individual game's stated disconnection policy.

Maximum Wins

Maximum payout limits may apply to individual game rounds or jackpot events. Where a win exceeds the maximum payout limit for a game, the maximum limit is paid. Maximum win limits, where they apply, are displayed in the game's information section before play begins.

9 Responsible Gaming

n99o is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform is designed for adult entertainment within personal budgets. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity, accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and you will not receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

10 Fraud & Prohibited Activity

n99o uses automated and manual monitoring to detect fraudulent or prohibited activity. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment methods for deposits.
• Collusion between players — including coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee outcomes or manipulate markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Intentional exploitation of errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in games or odds.
• Any activity that facilitates money laundering through the platform.
• Providing false identity documents during verification.

Where n99o identifies prohibited activity, the relevant account or accounts will be suspended. Any balance will be held pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. n99o cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in cases involving fraud or financial crime.

11 Limitation of Liability

n99o provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or factors outside n99o's control may occur. n99o is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, provided that any bets confirmed before an interruption are settled correctly once service is restored.

n99o's total liability to any individual user in any circumstances is limited to the value of funds deposited into the account by that user during the relevant period. n99o is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including lost betting opportunities during periods of unavailability.

Third-party game providers and live casino studios are responsible for the technical operation and fairness of their respective products. n99o facilitates access to these products but is not responsible for errors originating from the third-party provider's infrastructure.

12 Changes to These Terms

n99o reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-account notification before the changes take effect. The updated version with the new effective date will be published on this page.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the change.
